Brian Wilson allegedly admitted he copied the music from Chuck Berry's "Sweet Little Sixteen" in this song. As the result of legal action, Chuck Berry and Arc Music now hold all copyrights to the song (as such Brian Wilson's name does not appear in BMI's database on the song).
